About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and driven Network Engineer to join our team in Florham Park, NJ! In this role, you'll play a critical part in designing, maintaining, and optimizing our network infrastructure to keep our operations running seamlessly. Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure and architecture
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and reliability issues
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware
- Ensure network security through access controls, VPNs, and firewall policy management
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and upgrades
- Document network configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures
- Evaluate and implement new networking technologies to improve performance and scalability
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering or a related IT infrastructure role
- Proficiency with routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs)
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise networking equipment
- Familiarity with network security tools, firewalls, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification preferred

Compensation: $1.00 - $3.00 per year
