Lavior Pharma is seeking an experienced and highly connected Post-Acute Sales Representative with a proven background selling into LTACs, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, wound care centers, rehabilitation facilities, and post-acute care networks.
This position is designed for a sales professional who already understands the post-acute healthcare market and brings an established book of business, active relationships, and proven access to decision makers.
The ideal candidate has existing relationships with case managers, procurement leaders, directors of nursing, chief nursing officers, wound care directors, medical directors, discharge planners, and executive leadership across LTACs, SNFs, hospitals, and wound care centers.
Position Focus
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by opening new accounts, expanding existing relationships, introducing Lavior’s wound and skin care product line, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare providers and post-acute facilities.
This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to navigate healthcare organizations, identify decision makers, build trust, and convert clinical interest into commercial adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales across LTACs, SNFs, hospitals, wound care centers, rehabilitation centers, home health networks, and post-acute care organizations.
Leverage an existing book of business and established relationships with key decision makers.
Build direct relationships with case managers, procurement departments, directors of nursing, chief nursing officers, chief medical officers, wound care nurses, medical directors, and administrators.
Present Lavior’s wound care and skin care solutions to clinical, operational, and purchasing stakeholders.
Identify new account opportunities and move them through the full sales cycle from introduction to trial, evaluation, purchasing, and reorder.
Coordinate product education, in-services, clinical discussions, and follow-up meetings.
Work closely with internal leadership, clinical advisors, and sales support teams to convert opportunities into active accounts.
Maintain accurate pipeline activity, account updates, contacts, and sales progress in CRM.
Support distributor, GPO, DME, and strategic account opportunities when needed.
Drive measurable revenue growth through consistent outreach, relationship management, and account conversion.
Required Experience
Proven sales experience in post-acute care, LTAC, SNF, hospital, wound care, medical products, healthcare services, DME, or related healthcare sales.
Existing relationships with decision makers in LTACs, SNFs, hospitals, wound care centers, and post-acute networks.
Demonstrated ability to sell into healthcare facilities and manage complex decision-making processes.
Strong understanding of healthcare purchasing, clinical evaluation, procurement, facility operations, and patient-care workflows.
Proven track record of opening accounts, growing revenue, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Ability to conduct professional presentations to clinical and executive audiences.
Strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with wound care, skin care, diabetic care, post-surgical care, dressings, advanced wound products, or reimbursement-based products is strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is not someone who needs to learn the market from the beginning. We are looking for a proven sales professional who already has access, credibility, and relationships in the post-acute and healthcare facility space.
This person should be able to bring immediate value through their network, understand how to speak with clinical and purchasing teams, and know how to move a facility from interest to product adoption.
