We're looking for our first dedicated Marketing & Community Relations Specialist to take ownership of our marketing efforts and help drive the next stage of growth. This is far more than a social media position. You'll be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, managing vendors, improving return on investment, strengthening our community presence, and providing leadership with meaningful data to make informed decisions.

• Build the dashboard: Stand up weekly/monthly cost-per-lead and cost-per-job reporting within 90 days

• Build the dashboard: Stand up weekly/monthly cost-per-lead and cost-per-job reporting within 90 days
• Audit and cut: Audit ad spend, vendors, and agency contracts within 60 days; cut or renegotiate what's underperforming
• Grow the cheap channel: Increase referral, repeat, and membership-driven revenue as a share of total leads
• Build community presence: Establish A&A as a visible, trusted name in San Antonio — tracked as a real lead source
• Protect volume: Maintain or improve lead volume and booked-job counts throughout
What You'll Need
• 3+ years of marketing experience with a track record of measurably improving efficiency, not just growing volume
• Direct, hands-on experience managing paid ad spend, vendor relationships, and channel budgets
• Working fluency in marketing unit economics: cost per lead, cost per job, payback period, channel ROI
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google LSAs; comfort building executive-level reports
