ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Devyn Vance - State Farm you’ll be essential to our daily operations and our customers’ success. You’ll help customers understand their insurance options, navigate policy changes, and feel confident knowing their coverage is in good hands. Responsibilities
- Explain insurance products and services in a clear, helpful way
- Assist customers with policy applications, updates, and renewals
- Respond to customer questions promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy activity
- Support a positive customer experience through follow-up and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a client-focused environment
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
