Clinical Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – Hybrid | The Woodlands, Conroe, & CyFair, TX

At Soluna Mental Wellness, we believe healing happens through meaningful relationships, evidence-based treatment, and a supportive team culture. We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for children, adolescents, and adults.
This is an excellent part or full-time opportunity for a psychiatrist who values flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration while building a thriving outpatient practice.
Position Highlights

Compensation

50% commission on collected insurance revenue
- Unlimited earning potential based on productivity
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
- Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
- Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver high-quality, ethical, patient-centered psychiatric care
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Current DEA registration
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable providing care via both telehealth and in-person visits
