Moving and Inventory Specialist - Full Time Lawrenceville

Moving and Inventory Specialist - Full Time

Full Time • Lawrenceville
If you've worked at Amazon, a moving company, a warehouse, UPS, FedEx, furniture delivery, or shipping and receiving — your experience transfers directly into this role.

We're hiring at PuroClean of Lawrenceville and Chamblee. This is physical, hands-on work for someone who takes pride in doing things right. This is not an office job. This is not a social media job.

WHAT DOES THIS JOB INVOLVE?

When a home or business suffers water, fire, or mold damage, the customer's belongings need to be carefully packed, documented, transported, stored, cleaned, and returned after repairs are complete. Your job is to help protect those belongings every step of the way while providing excellent customer service during a difficult time.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Carefully pack and protect furniture, electronics, artwork, clothing, and personal belongings
  • Create accurate digital inventories using photos and inventory software
  • Label, organize, and track customer belongings throughout the entire job
  • Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Transport contents between customer homes and our warehouse
  • Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas
  • Assist with contents cleaning and deodorization when needed
  • Follow company procedures to make sure every item is accounted for
  • Work inside homes and businesses affected by water, fire, or mold damage
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

No restoration experience required. We hire based on work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability — and we provide all the restoration training you need. Experience in moving, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, furniture delivery, shipping and receiving, or inventory management is highly preferred.

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and pass a background check.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...

  • Like staying busy and prefer physical work over sitting behind a desk
  • Take pride in being organized and pay close attention to detail
  • Treat other people's property with the same care you'd want for your own
  • Show up on time, every time
  • Work well on a team and communicate with respect
  • Enjoy helping people, especially when they're going through something hard
  • Are looking for a career, not just another job
WHAT YOU'LL EARN

  • $18–$22/hr based on experience
  • Overtime pay
  • Paid time off
  • Paid training and industry certifications (IICRC — recognized nationwide)
