Location: Multiple counties across NJ (home & community-based sessions)

About Us
We are a mission-driven behavioral health provider partnering with New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC) to deliver goal-oriented, strength-based therapy to youth and families in their homes and communities. Our team is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to creating lasting change.
Your Role
As an IIC Therapist, you will:
- -Provide individual and family therapy in the home or community setting
- -Develop and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans based on assessments
- -Support youth in building coping skills, resilience, and healthy relationships
- -Collaborate with families, schools, and community supports to ensure continuity of care
- -Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with CSOC and Medicaid standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active NJ clinical license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, or LAC
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Valid NJ driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
- Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a passion for empowering youth
