Qualifications:

Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and resolves claims of moderate to high complexity through effective research, negotiation and interaction with insured’s and claimants in accordance with established claims procedures and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of auto liability claims experience with strong bodily injury (BI) and litigation experience preferred.
  • Proven experience handling represented BI claims, including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution.
  • Active Texas Multi-Line Adjuster's License required.
  • Strong knowledge of liability assessment, claim exposure, settlement negotiations, and litigation processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and claim documentation.
  • This is an in-person position.
Responsibilities:

  • Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve moderate to complex auto liability and litigated BI claims.
  • Review and analyze police reports, medical records, legal documents, and other claim-related information.
  • Work with attorneys, claimants, insureds, experts, and internal partners to manage claims through resolution.
  • Negotiate settlements while evaluating liability, damages, and claim exposure.
  • Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and state regulations.
  • Manage litigation activities, including communication with defense counsel and tracking claim progress.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
