About the Role:
Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff across all departments including front-of-house and back-of-house
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations
- Drive marketing and brand awareness initiatives to attract and retain customers
Requirements:
- Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
- Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
- Experience with restaurant operations, food safety standards, and compliance regulations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and dining experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
