Restoration Technician
$22–$26 per hour, based on experience | Overtime available | Paid training | Full-time

We’re looking for dependable, mechanically inclined people who enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done. Restoration experience isn’t required. If you’ve worked in construction, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, flooring, maintenance, landscaping, carpet cleaning, warehousing, or another hands-on field, we’ll provide the training you need to grow.

What you’ll do
- Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage jobs
- Extract water and set up drying equipment
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work
- Monitor drying progress with industry technology
- Document work with photos and notes
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Keep job sites, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized
- Troubleshoot problems and support customers through a stressful time
You’ll be a great fit if you

- Learn quickly and solve problems independently
- Work well with customers and teammates
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Can lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other challenging environments
