If you have experience in construction, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, flooring, maintenance, landscaping, carpet cleaning, warehouse work, or another hands-on trade, we’ll provide the training you need to build a long-term career.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage emergencies
- Extract water and set drying equipment
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work
- Monitor drying equipment using industry technology
- Document job progress with photos and notes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and business owners
- Keep company vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean and organized
- Solve problems in the field and help customers through difficult situations
