HXGN EAM consultant Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HxGN EAM Project Manager for a contract position based in Broadway, New York, NY. In this role, you will support a large-scale Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation for the Department of Subways. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with strong HxGN EAM expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM).
- Minimum 5 years of experience extending HxGN EAM using the Extensibility Framework.
- 3–5+ years of experience leading large-scale Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) projects.
- Preferred 2–3 years of experience in the Railroad/Transit industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders.
- Facilitate business process review sessions and project meetings.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules.
- Collaborate with business SMEs to create and maintain project documentation, including:
- Project scope and schedules
- Functional requirements
- As-Is and To-Be process flows
- Project status reports and executive summaries
- Identify, document, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.
- Ensure project deliverables align with established program standards
Project deliverables may include:
- Project management documentation
- Technical design and configuration documentation
- System configuration and administration
- Training material development and end-user training
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing and managing HxGN EAM/Infor EAM projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Visio.
- Experience working in large public-sector or transportation environments.
Compensation: Rate is dependent on experience.
