Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a full-time employee that will assist with the administrative functions and the onboarding and offboarding of employees within Paul Davis Restoration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Documentation of onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Assist in the documentation and updating of policies and procedures for onboarding and offboarding employees
  •  Order assessment testing for potential new hires
  • Submit background screening requests for new hires and current employees 
  • Input of new hires into main operating systems and equipment setup/delivery
  • Review and verify that new hire paperwork has been fully completed
  • Assist and respond to employee requests and questions regarding human resources issues
  • Maintenance of personnel records 
  • Assist with benefits set up
  • Order business cards, clothing, and tools
  • Answer phones
  • Updating company documents
  • Other duties as assigned
Competencies- Knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (O365, Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, Share Point)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Ability to manage tasks with competing deadlines
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality 
Benefits provided:

Wage:
Based on experience- 18.00 to 23.00
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
