Ejecutivo de Tráfico / Traffic Executive
In Laredo, BSL Inc. we are looking for a Traffic Executive with experience in foreign trade operations and logistics coordination, focused on importing to Mexico and customer service.
We are looking for an organized, proactive person with good communication, capable of coordinating crossings, transfers and documentation efficiently.
Requirements (Spanish)
- Knowledge of the English language (any level is welcome; operational communication will be valued).
- Knowledge in processes related to importation to Mexico.
- Management of platforms and/or concepts such as:
COVE
DODA
PITA
E-Documents
- Ability to read and interpret petitions.
- Experience in coordination of crossings and transfers.
- Good communication and customer service.
- Knowledge of Office, Windows, and email.
- Knowledge of Shippers / AES (Automated Export System).
- Coordination of some freight when necessary.
- General knowledge about:
- Tariff Items
- Regulations
- Applicable rules

Qualifications
- English language skills (any level is welcome; operational communication skills are a plus).
- Knowledge of processes related to imports into Mexico.
- Familiarity with platforms and/or concepts such as:
- COVE
- DODA
- PITA
- E-Documents / electronic documents
- Ability to read and interpret Mexican customs entries (pedimentos).
- Experience coordinating border crossings and transfers.
- Strong customer communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, and email.
- Knowledge of Shippers / AES (Automated Export System).
- Ability to coordinate freight shipments when needed.
- General knowledge of:
- Tariff classifications (HTS)
- Regulations
- Applicable standards
