Gratitude Weight Loss Honolulu is looking for a driven and passionate Regional Sales Director to lead growth efforts in the beautiful city of Honolulu, HI. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders across the region
- Lead, coach, and mentor a regional sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the weight loss and wellness market
- Monitor regional sales metrics, analyze performance data, and report results to senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals
- Represent the brand at local events, health expos, and community outreach programs
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM software and data-driven sales reporting
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve meaningful life changes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
