Every classroom needs someone who can walk in and just get it — that's our Resource Teacher. You'll float between classrooms (infants through preschool), stepping in wherever an extra pair of hands and a calm, familiar face is needed most.

What you'll do:

Support lead teachers across different age groups throughout the day
Help maintain ratios, routines, and a safe, engaging classroom environment
Adapt quickly — no two days (or rooms) look the same
Build real relationships with kids and staff, even on the go

What we're looking for:

Experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred
Comfortable working with a range of ages, from infants to preschoolers
Flexible, dependable, and quick on your feet
Willingness to meet Alabama DHR clearance and training requirements
