We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements analysis, documentation, workflow optimization, team collaboration, and managing technical requests through web-based ticketing systems.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience assessing and documenting business requirements for integration with enterprise data center services.
5+ years of experience creating system documentation, including data flow diagrams and technical process documentation.
5+ years of experience analyzing project tasks and identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
5+ years of experience working with web-based ticketing systems to create, track, and manage work requests.
5+ years of experience working independently and providing direction, guidance, and training to other team members.
