HR Specialist - Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing all employee-related functions within our company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Managing the entire recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Employee Relations: Bridging management and employee interactions, addressing grievances, and maintaining workplace harmony
- Strategic Planning: Developing HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
