We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate Rehabilitation Technician to join our outpatient therapy team. This position plays a vital role in supporting our physical and occupational therapists by assisting patients with prescribed exercise programs, preparing treatment areas, applying therapeutic modalities, and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by licensed Physical and Occupational Therapists.
- Prepare patients for treatment sessions, including setting up therapeutic modalities (such as heat, ice, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and traction) under therapist supervision.
- Monitor patients during exercises and report any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment by disinfecting equipment, treatment tables, and common areas according to clinic protocols.
- Ensure treatment areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Assist with patient flow by escorting patients, preparing treatment spaces, and helping maintain an efficient clinic schedule.
- Set up and clean treatment areas before and after each patient visit.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming, positive experience for patients and their families.
- Perform other clinic support duties as assigned to promote efficient daily operations.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with appropriate body mechanics.
- Passionate about helping others improve their health and quality of life.

- Salary and Benefits Compensation is Highly Competitive in the local market. We prefer our physical therapy aides not work multiple jobs to support their living (Unless they want to) to prevent burnout. So we make sure our salary and benefits package is reflective of that.
