Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Product Development Administrative Coordinator to support our Product Development team and help us create the best snacks on earth.
This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Product Development department. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for daily Product Development operations
- Process and coordinate customer and sales sample requests
- Schedule production trials and product development activities
- Maintain ingredient libraries, product databases, and vendor records
- Manage third-party certification administration and supplier approval documentation
- Coordinate product and material sample requests and shipments
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, forms, labels, and correspondence
- Organize meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and trade show activities
- Communicate effectively with sales, logistics, and production teams
- Ensure documentation and processes comply with FDA, OSHA, GFSI, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Support recordkeeping and documentation management across departments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of office administration, office assistant, or related experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management/ERP software
- Experience in food manufacturing or regulated industries is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Piscataway, NJ required
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
