WHAT YOU’LL DO AS THE "GUIDE":
- Deliver the M.A.P. - Design, implement, and adapt customized fitness programming for clients across all seasons of life by providing Motivation, Accountability, and a Personalized Program.
- Perform 1-on-1 Coaching: Lead transformative 1:1 training sessions tailored explicitly to individual goals, skill levels, and physical capabilities.
- Conduct High-Tech Assessments: Utilize our premier in-club data tracking and body assessment technology to evaluate metrics and track long-term growth.
- Provide Holistic Guidance: Educate clients on healthy lifestyle strategies, improving physical strength and mobility, decreasing stress, while leading to increased longevity.
- Support with Care: Embody our core brand values by encouraging with positivity, continued learning so we can grow, and building genuine camaraderie on the gym floor.

WHO YOU ARE
- You hold a nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, ACE, or equivalent). A college degree is not required—we value elite certifications, continuous learning, and practical coaching excellence.
- You possess a current CPR/AED certification.
- You are a compassionate, genuine communicator who loves connecting with people and turning intimidating fitness goals into manageable realities.

Compensation: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour

Here, the only thing members pay for is one-on-one training and support with their personal coach, complete with custom fitness programming, nutrition guidance, body assessments and health data tracking. Clients also get unlimited access to state-of-the-art workout and recovery equipment, signature studio classes, and luxury amenities at zero additional cost.
Energy Fitness was founded in 2003 by Michael Tucci, Trevor Tucci, and Mike Fox. They were young, passionate about fitness, and ready to build something of their own.

There was a glaring gap in the fitness industry at that time. People had a choice between two options, neither of which were very good. Big box gyms were uncomfortable, impersonal, and tended to attract a clientele that made newcomers feel intimidated. One-dimensional boutique studios offered only one cookie-cutter workout, which works for a certain amount of time, but people begin to fall off track without variety to keep them engaged.
Michael studied Mechanical Engineering at Cornell, but back home on Long Island, he decided to pursue something that felt more fun and authentic. Partnering with Trevor and longtime friend, Mike Fox, Michael bought the first gym that would introduce an industry disrupting fitness model.
After operating out of existing gyms for the first several years, they were finally able to build their 10,000-square-foot dream facility from scratch. The flagship Energy Fitness location opened in 2011, and two more followed soon after. The clubs, concept, and community grew from one main philosophy: everyone needs a coach to succeed on their fitness journey.
Now with five locations and growing, Energy Fitness is the only fitness experience of its kind. Our focus is on creating a culture, team, and model of accountability that gives our clients exactly what they need to stay motivated and achieve through all the ups and downs of their health journey. EVERY client at Energy has a personal fitness coach, ensuring that they get the support they need in a hyper-engaged community.
