- Manage water, fire, smoke, mold, odor remediation, and other emergency restoration projects from start to finish.
- Schedule and coordinate technicians, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
- Perform site visits and monitor project progress.
- Maintain daily communication with customers, insurance adjusters, office staff, and referral partners.
- Ensure all job documentation, moisture readings, photographs, and job notes are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare estimates, work orders, and complete job files.
- Submit project billing and invoicing promptly following project completion.
- Monitor production costs, labor, equipment utilization, and job profitability.
- Maintain company equipment, vehicles, and warehouse standards.
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company safety policies.
- Coach and support field technicians while promoting a positive team culture.
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every project.
- Restoration industry experience preferred.
- Experience managing water mitigation, fire/smoke restoration, mold remediation, or similar emergency services.
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) preferred but not required.
- Experience with Xactimate is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lead by example while holding yourself and others accountable.
- Keep projects moving without unnecessary delays.
- Complete documentation and invoices in a timely manner.
- Communicate proactively with customers, office staff, and field technicians.
- Maintain organized, profitable projects.
- Support their crews while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Take ownership of results and continuously look for ways to improve operations.
