About the Role
Wynndalco supports NYC Department of Education schools across the Bronx with break-fix field
service under a national IT services prime. This dual role keeps devices moving: you drive daily
pickup and delivery routes between Bronx schools and our NYC warehouse, and you back up the
technician team with hands-on device work between runs.
What You'll Do
• Drive daily routes to NYC DOE schools across the Bronx for device pickups, deliveries, and
disposal-ticket collections.
• Maintain complete chain-of-custody paperwork for every pickup and delivery; reconcile
paperwork with the warehouse on return.
• Load, unload, and stage devices safely; verify counts, serials, and asset tags against tickets.
• Perform vehicle checks and report maintenance needs; keep the vehicle clean and organized.
• Between routes, support bench work at the warehouse and assist field technicians with basic
break-fix tasks.
• Document all work same-day through the field intake form.
What You'll Bring
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company fleet insurance requirements.
• Experience driving in New York City traffic; confident, safe, and punctual.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic hardware handling or IT support experience and willingness to grow into more technical
work.
• Careful paperwork habits - chain of custody matters in school environments.
• High school diploma or GED.
Nice to Have
• Prior courier, logistics, or field service driving experience.
• Basic device repair skills (laptops/Chromebooks
