Part-Time State Farm Agent Team Member - Chicago (60618) | Part-Time | 20-minute commute preferred
We’re seeking a local candidate to join our State Farm Agent office in Chicago 60618. This role is ideal for someone who’s motivated, coachable, and enjoys working with people to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm products/services
- Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information
- Follow up on leads from campaigns/referrals and schedule appointments for licensed team members
- Provide initial information and answer basic questions about insurance options
- Stay informed on State Farm insurance products and services
- Update and maintain a CRM database of prospects and customer interactions
- Follow all State Farm compliance and communication guidelines
- Submit regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointments
Qualifications
- Insurance license preferred; must be able to obtain licenses ASAP if not currently licensed
- Proficient with CRM software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of insurance (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Positive attitude, coachable, organized, reliable, and strong work ethic
- Fast learner and dependable during office hours
Availability / Schedule
- Must be available Mon–Fri during 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (exact hours TBD)
Compensation & Benefits
- $16.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)
- Base pay + opportunity to earn production/bonus incentives
- Training & development, advancement potential, and option to grow into a future full-time role

- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
