About the Role:
Poolside Living is looking for a skilled Pool Builder to join our growing team in Foristell, MO! This is your chance to turn backyards into dream retreats by crafting beautiful, high-quality swimming pools for homeowners in the area. Responsibilities:
- Excavate and prepare job sites for in-ground pool installation
- Install pool shells, plumbing, and mechanical systems according to project specifications
- Apply gunite and shotcrete materials during pool construction
- Set and finish pool coping, tile, and interior surfaces
- Install pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
- Collaborate with project managers and crew members to meet construction timelines
- Ensure all work meets local building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in pool construction, concrete work, or a related skilled trade
- Familiarity with pool plumbing, electrical, and equipment installation is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
