DAYCOOL HEATING & AIR INC is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Mobile, AL! Responsibilities:
- Install residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system installation
- Connect electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and condensate drains to new and replacement units
- Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation
- Collaborate with service technicians and project managers to meet installation timelines
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and adhere to all local codes and safety regulations
- Communicate professionally with customers and address any installation-related questions or concerns
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA 608 Certification required or ability to obtain
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration principles
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude

Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
