Part-Time School Age Assistant Teacher

Are you energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with school-age children? We're looking for a Part-Time School Age Assistant Teacher to help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children before and after school, as well as during school breaks.
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Afternoon shifts available 12-6 or 2:30-6:00
- Additional hours available on school holidays and breaks
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and interact with school-age children (ages 5–12)
- Assist with homework, games, crafts, and enrichment activities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Ensure children are always accounted for and following safety procedures
- Assist with snack time and daily routines
- Follow all licensing and company policies
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Must pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements
