About the Role:
North Point Senior Homecare in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregivers to join our growing team! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by providing personalized, high-quality in-home care. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment
- Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Current caregiver certification or CNA license in the state of Virginia
- Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Strong understanding of personal care, ADLs, and client safety practices
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine passion for senior care
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
