What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Schedule appointments for licensed advisors.
- Follow up with leads using company-provided systems.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Participate in daily coaching and team meetings.
- Learn proven sales and communication techniques.
- Work toward individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Compensation: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per week
