Weekend Direct Care Worker (Male Caregiver)
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Care Worker to provide support for clients with high behavioral needs and mental health diagnoses in our Bloomfield home.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision.
- Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Implement behavior support strategies and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
- Complete required documentation and follow individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Experience supporting clients with high behavioral needs and mental health conditions.
- Flexible and reliable with weekend availability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening.
- Current CPR & First Aid certification.
- Updated TB screening and medical clearance.
- Must complete all required CMH certifications within 30 days of hire.
Desired Experience
- Previous experience in direct care, behavioral health, group homes, assisted living, or developmental disabilities preferred.
Compensation: $17.13 per hour
