About the Role:
Accessible Homecare Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our growing team in Hartwell, GA. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands as required
- Maintain accurate care logs and documentation per agency guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and reliability when working with clients
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently in a home setting
- High school diploma or GED preferred
