Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Follow cleaning checklists and service guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
- Communicate professionally with clients and office staff.
- Report any maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning.
- Confirm completion of assigned jobs as required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Legally authorized to work in the applicable country.
