As Account representative for Jesse Herrera State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual a plus! Spanish, Rohingya, Somali, Haitian Creole, French
- Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 30 days
- Must be able to obtain a Life & Health License within 60 days
Compensation: $17.00 - $32.00 per hour
