Job Description

Professionally clean our clients' homes using Merry Maids' exclusive procedures and products. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service by consistently cleaning high-quality homes.

Responsibilities

Use Merry Maids cleaning products and procedures in customers' homes.
Operate the equipment provided, including vacuum cleaners and microfiber cloths.
Clean all surfaces in the home, including ceiling fans, blinds, lamps, baseboards, fixtures, countertops, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
Clean floors in kitchens and bathrooms by working on your knees when necessary.
Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard surface floors, and furniture.
Move furniture that can be safely moved to clean under and behind it.
Transport cleaning products and equipment between the office, vehicle, and customers' homes.
Help keep supply inventory and equipment in good shape.
Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a professional attitude, wearing the uniform, being punctual and reliable.
Show respect and consideration towards co-workers and customers.

Requirements

Ability to identify different cleaning products and their proper use.
Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of equipment.
Ability to work in frequent contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, moisture, and cleaning products.
Ability to drive to and from different workplaces.
