About the Role
As a Caregiver, you’ll provide one-on-one, non-medical care to seniors and individuals who need additional support in their homes. Every client is different, which means every day brings an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
You’ll help clients maintain their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life while building genuine relationships along the way.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting with walking, transfers, and mobility
- Performing light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
- Assisting with errands, appointments, and community outings
- Providing transportation when applicable
- Supporting clients with activities of daily living
- Following each client's individualized care plan
- Communicating important changes or concerns to the office
- Providing care with patience, dignity, and respect
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for caregivers who are:

Reliable and punctual
- Compassionate and patient
- Professional and respectful
- Comfortable communicating with clients, families, and management
- Able to follow care plans and instructions
- Dependable and willing to work as part of a team
- Physically capable of safely performing caregiver duties
- Committed to providing quality care—not just completing a shift
Qualifications & Requirements
One of the following is preferred/required:
- CNA or HHA certification preferred, OR
- At least 1,000 hours of caregiving experience, including approximately 6 months of full-time or 12 months of part-time experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic illnesses
Exceptions may be considered for:
- Newly licensed CNAs, HHAs, or PCAs
- Individuals with significant family caregiving experience
- Applicants providing companionship and housekeeping services only
Additional requirements include:
- Current TB test
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable vehicle if transporting clients
- Ability to pass a national criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to meet applicable state and federal requirements for this safety-sensitive position
