About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management

- Drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives, community engagement, and guest experience improvements
- Establish and uphold operational standards for food quality, service, and safety compliance
- Cultivate relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
- Represent the brand as a community leader and ambassador in the Rome, NY area
Requirements:
- Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
