Travel: Within approximately a 60-mile radius.

Responsibilities

Our caregivers bring warmth and reliability to clients’ homes and communities. Day to day, you may:

Help clients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
Assist with activities of daily living
Prepare nutritious meals
Take care of light housekeeping and laundry
Provide companionship and respite for clients and their families
Drive clients or assist with shopping and errands
Remind clients when it’s time to take their medications
Help clients walk and move about safely
Report any changes or unusual incidents to the office
Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies
Take on other duties as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Previous personal care, home care, hospital, nursing home, or direct-care experience preferred
Compassionate and dependable approach to client care
Ability to read, write, and follow directions
Strong communication skills
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
Successful completion of a required criminal history check

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
