Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding State Farm Insurance products and services on a daily basis
- Work from a quiet, distraction-free home environment, maintaining professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Able to work independently and hold yourself accountable for your performance
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Must possess necessary state insurance licenses.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to multi-line all products.
- Consistently asks satisfied clients for Google reviews and referrals

Language skills: Spanish and English; bilingual ability is a must
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
