Requirements:
- Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
- Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations, food service standards, and guest satisfaction
- Experience with staff development, hiring, and performance management
- Knowledge of local health codes and food safety regulations preferred
