About the Role:
Royal Divine Services LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Worker (DCW) to join our growing team in Canton, MI. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to individual care plans
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Monitor and document client health, behavior, and daily activities
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Direct Care Worker, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a client-first attitude
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and document accurately
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals which would include: Alzheimer's & Dementia Care Companionship Help with Personal Hygiene and Care Meal Prep and Nutrition Medication Assistance Home Maintenance and basic Housekeeping Qualifications: Previous experience in personal care or other related fields Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills
