- Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date.
- Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- We provide full licensing support, study materials, coaching, and guidance throughout the licensing process.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting policyholders with questions, policy changes, billing, renewals, and account updates.
- Build strong, long-term relationships that increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct policy reviews to help ensure customers have the protection they need.
- Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and confidently transition service conversations into in-book sales when appropriate.
- Follow up proactively with customers regarding renewals, account maintenance, and outstanding service requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with agency and insurance standards.
- Collaborate with the agency team to provide a seamless customer experience and achieve retention goals.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable discussing insurance coverage and recommending solutions that benefit customers.
- Ability to naturally pivot from service conversations to in-book sales opportunities.
- Previous insurance, customer service, account management, banking, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred.
