In this energetic role, you will collaborate closely with the senior team to develop compelling interior concepts and execution from concept through completion. Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 property onboarding projects
- Sourcing furniture, decor, and design items from approved vendors
- Using preferred vendors and discounts where available
- Maintaining project timelines and updating the team regularly
- Coordinating with procurement, onboarding, and operations
- Helping stage properties so they are guest-ready and photo-ready
- Managing multiple projects at the same time
- Following established processes while also being proactive and solution-oriented
- Communicating clearly in Basecamp and keeping all tasks updated
Experience
- Prior experience or internship in interior design or related fields is preferred but not required; a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills is a plus.
- Strong eye for design and the ability to move quickly without needing constant follow-up. Ability to take ownership of execution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members.
- A proactive attitude and positive energy
Work Location: In person
Compensation: $30.00 per hour
