Full-Time Dental Receptionist – Shore Smiles Dental Arts (Waretown, NJ)

• Greet patients with a warm, professional attitude.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service.
• Schedule new and existing patient appointments.
• Manage a fully digital appointment schedule and electronic patient records.
• Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and other front desk responsibilities.
• Work closely with our clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience.

• Previous receptionist experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Computer savvy and able to work in a fully digital office.
• Dental office experience is preferred.
• Experience with dental insurance claims is a plus but not required.
