Emc Home Healthcare Corp is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Bowie, MD. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring in home settings
- Assess and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition accurately and in a timely manner
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of patient care
- Educate patients and family members on care plans, medications, and health management techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report significant changes to supervising RN or physician promptly
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Maryland
- Prior home healthcare, long-term care, or clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medication administration, and patient assessment
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care setting
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license to travel to patient homes in the Baltimore area

Compensation: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
