The role
We're not looking for a salesperson. We're looking for people who aren't afraid to knock on a door, strike up a conversation, and book a homeowner in for a solar appointment. That's it — you don't pitch, you don't close, you don't handle paperwork. Once you book the appointment, one of our closers takes it from there. You get paid for the booking, then paid again — big — when that homeowner goes solar.
This is built for go-getters who want freedom: you're not clocking in, you're not micromanaged, and there's no ceiling on what you can earn. We'll tell you exactly what makes a great, qualified appointment so you always know what "good" looks like — the rest is up to you.
What you'll do
- Door knock in your assigned area to find homeowners interested in solar
- Have a quick, honest conversation — no sales pitch needed, just enough to get them curious
- Book a qualified appointment for our closing team using our criteria for what counts as a strong lead
- Track your own appointments and follow our simple process for handoff to the closer
- Keep showing up in your territory consistently — this pays best for people who treat it like their own business
What we're looking for
- People who are comfortable knocking on doors and talking to strangers
- Self-starters — no one's standing over your shoulder, so you need to manage your own time and territory
- Go-getter energy — the harder you work, the more you make, full stop
- Prior door-to-door, canvassing, sales, or appointment-setting experience is a plus but not required — we're open-minded and will tell you exactly what makes a great appointment
- Reliable transportation to your assigned area
Pay
- $100–$250 per qualified appointment booked (paid regardless of whether it closes)
- $1,500–$2,000 bonus once that homeowner signs and goes solar
- Uncapped — book more, earn more
- Pay is weekly
Compensation: $100.00 - $10,000.00 per week
