Leaky’s Water & Air is looking for a Plumbing Service Supervisor to help lead the service and repair side of our plumbing business.

We have two main parts of our plumbing department: new construction and service and repair. This position is focused on service, repair, and larger plumbing projects.

We need someone who knows plumbing, works hard, and can get things done. This person will help take jobs from the estimate all the way through completion.

This is not much of an office job. You will spend most of your time in the field helping crews, estimating jobs, managing jobs, solving problems, and making sure the work gets completed correctly. We already have office staff to handle most of the administrative work.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support plumbing service technicians
  • Run service calls when needed
  • Manage larger plumbing repairs and projects
  • Take jobs from estimate through completion
  • Coordinate crews and jobs with dispatch
  • Make sure materials, equipment, and manpower are ready
  • Keep jobs moving and solve problems in the field
  • Review job pricing, completion, billing, and profitability
  • Make sure customers are taken care of
  • Train and coach younger plumbers
  • Teach the next generation how to do plumbing the right way
  • Help manage trucks, tools, inventory, and warehouse organization
  • Help grow the plumbing service department
A major part of this job is making sure the work gets done correctly, efficiently, and profitably. When jobs are profitable, the company does well, the technicians do well, and you do well.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Journeyman plumber or higher
  • Strong plumbing service and repair experience
  • Able to manage crews, jobs, and customers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Organized and dependable
  • Focused on quality work and customer service
  • Someone who leads from the front
  • Someone who hustles and sets the pace for the team
  • Someone who is willing to be first in and last out when needed
  • Someone who takes ownership and gets things finished
Our core values matter. We are especially looking for someone who shows hustle, strong communication, and a commitment to giving customers a great experience.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Health benefits
  • Retirement options
  • Steady, year-round work
  • Support from an experienced office and management team
  • Opportunity to build and lead a growing department
  • Room to grow as the company expands
At Leaky’s, we believe in doing things the right way, taking care of customers, and building a team people are proud to work with.

If you are an experienced plumber who can lead people, manage work, and get jobs completed, apply today.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
