Primrose School of Royersford is seeking a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented School Support Person to help keep our school running smoothly. This versatile position plays an essential role in supporting our classrooms, welcoming families, and safely transporting children.

Responsibilities
- Provide lunch and break coverage for classroom teachers while maintaining a safe, nurturing learning environment.
- Greet families, visitors, and vendors with exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Answer phones and assist with administrative tasks.
- Assist with student arrivals, departures, and daily school operations.
- Safely transport children to and from local elementary schools and field trips using the school's bus.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain transportation records.
- Support teachers and leadership with classroom preparation and special projects as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all Primrose Schools policies and state licensing regulations.
- Help create a positive, welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
- Daily Monday - Friday Schedule 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in childcare, education, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to meet all requirements necessary to drive a school bus (training provided if applicable). CDL not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing daily needs.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and actively engage with young children throughout the day.
