Duties include: ordering food, managing food costs, menu prices. managing and handling kitchen staff (hire and fire). Implementing plans and policies that assure the flow of the kitchen and reduces waste. A strong sense of leadership and organization skills are required.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
