About the Role:
Pueblita Mexican Restaurant in Upland, CA is looking for an energetic and friendly Server to join our team! If you have a passion for great food, warm hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely fashion, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and ingredients
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions
- Keep tables clean and dining area presentable throughout each shift
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service
- Side duties cleaning
Requirements:
- Previous serving or food service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (per California law)
- Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one
- Bilingual
