We are hiring - Restaurant Manager
Location: 224 Quincy Ave. Braintree

The following criteria should meet:
* Must be interested in learning Japanese food and culture.
* Ramen lovers welcome!
* Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to work both lunch and dinner shift.
* Must be able to work on the WEEKENDS.
* Must be a team player.
* Authorized to work in the U.S.
* Minimum of +5 year hospitality experience preferred.
* Must be 18+ since we serve alcohol.
* Must have valid TIPs Certification & ServSafe Food Manager Certification.
* Full-time position
* Must be able to have strong leadership, communication, customer service skills, plus food/beverage knowledge.
* Must be able to multitasking, conflict resolution, and flexibility.
* Must be able to training staff, managing sections, and handling guest issues.
* Restaurant management experience preferred.

We are well known as high end authentic Sapporo Ramen restaurant that does not rely on the artificial flavor such as MSG, use fresh ingredient, and most key ingredients are exclusively imported from Japan just for us.
