MAV Paint Contractors Inc is looking for a skilled Professional Painter to join our growing team in Lake Worth, FL! Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Interpret work orders and follow project specifications to ensure quality results
- Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and coverings before beginning work
- Mix, blend, and match paints and finishes to meet project requirements
- Perform touch-ups, repairs, and finishing work to meet client expectations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness throughout each project
Requirements:
- Previous professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and various paint products
- Ability to work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and at heights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
